(Press Shift + F10 to launch Command Prompt.)
Go to the Start menu and open Command Prompt. If you don’t want to use a third-party tool, you can use Command Prompt to create a bootable USB flash drive. Method # 3: Create Bootable USB Flash Drive Via Command Prompt Connect it with PC and restart it to start the installation process. Wait for a while until the bootable USB drive is ready. Click “Start” and the tool will start converting the ISO image into an executable file. It’s located with a checkbox “Create Bootable Disk Using.” Select this option. Here is a button similar to a DVD drive. Select “NTFS” from the drop-down menu to create a bootable disk for Windows 7 or XP. 
It automatically converts the ISO image into a bootable “.exe” file. If you are a newbie, use Rufus to create a bootable USB flash drive. Method # 2: Use RUFUS to Create Bootable USB Flash Drive Double-click this file to start the installation process.
Once the copying process is completed, open the relevant folder to look for the “setup.exe” file. Now, select “Begin Copying” to copy the ISO image to the USB flash drive. Click “USB Device” from here to create a copy of ISO file on the USB drive. 
Otherwise, click “Browse” if you want to look for the location of ISO file and select “Next” to move ahead.
Here appears the “Source File box” where you will insert the location of the ISO file. Right-click the tool and select “Run” to proceed. The ISO image supports 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Now, click the link given above to download the ISO file of Windows 7 Home Basic. Take a USB with at least 4GB space and connect it with PC. For this purpose, I am using here Microsoft’s “Windows USB/DVD Download” tool. Since, Windows 7 Home Basic is in ISO image, convert it into an executable file first.
